In general, each staff member reports to their project manager, and finally to the chairman, who holds an individual monthly review with each staff member. There are also weekly staff meetings with the whole team, to assess and evaluate working practices. The executive board (7 people) holds an annual General Assembly to review the strategic direction of the organization and the budget and financial
