They &nbsp;extorted 4,000 manats from the &nbsp;head of the Executive Power for the removal of these videos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Abdullayev and Atayev were detained during an operational event on August 10. They were charged under Article 182.2.1 (extortion committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
