Sultanov turned himself in and was brought to the investigation as a suspect. Investigative actions are ongoing, the report says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It should be noted that cases of female homicides on domestic grounds have become more frequent recently. Note that these crimes became a subject of debates in social networks, feminists held a number of protest actions. After that, the Prosecutor General&#8217;s Office issued a special appeal to the population due to the facts of violence against women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The appeal noted that in the first half of 2021, 33 women fell victim to premeditated murder.
