Let us remind you that he was detained at the Fountain Square during a rally in defense of the activist Salekh Rustamov.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Late in the evening, he was released after severe beatings in the 39th division of the Sabail police and in a car in which he was taken outside Baku and left near the village of Alat.&nbsp;As the lawyer Neymat Karimli told Turan, a criminal case on the fact of beating the politician has not yet begun, an investigation is underway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yagublu himself said that he did not believe in an objective investigation and punishment of those responsible. He intends to bring the case to the European Court of Human Rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After testifying, Yagublu was sent for a medical examination.
