In particular, he is charged with beating a cellmate, the CDP reported. Ali Aliyev denies the accusation, calling it fabricated and politically motivated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is the fourth\u00a0 lawsuit\u00a0against Aliyev.
