{"id":25743,"date":"2023-05-12T10:33:10","date_gmt":"2023-05-12T10:33:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irfs.org\/?p=25743"},"modified":"2023-05-12T10:33:12","modified_gmt":"2023-05-12T10:33:12","slug":"protest-in-front-of-prosecutor-generals-office","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irfs.org\/az\/news-feed\/protest-in-front-of-prosecutor-generals-office\/","title":{"rendered":"Protest in front of Prosecutor General&#8217;s Office"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Relatives of Ilkin Suleymanov, accused of murdering a minor, held a protest in front of the Prosecutor General&#8217;s Office on 12 May.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They protested against the prosecutor&#8217;s proposal to sentence Suleymanov to 20 years of imprisonment.&nbsp; Relatives of the accused say that Ilkin is innocent and that there is no evidence of his guilt, as shown by the trial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The trial is taking place in the Ganja Serious Crimes Court, the defence and the last word of the accused are expected.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Human rights activists believe that the investigation has not proved the guilt of the accused and he has been accused of a crime committed by someone else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">*Ilkin Suleymanov, a resident of Dondar Gushchu village in Tovuz region, is accused of the murder of 10-year-old Narmin Guliyeva, who went missing on 19 November 2019.
