\nIsrafilov told Turan about this on December 11 during a hearing on his case in the Baku Court of Serious Crimes.
\nAccording to him, 15 people are being held in a cell for 10 people. The activist also noted that none of the books handed over to him were handed over without explanation.
\nToday’s trial of the activist has been postponed to December 18 due to the prosecutor’s failure to appear.
\nRecall that Aykhan Israfilov was arrested in August. On August 12, by the decision of the Narimanov district court, he was arrested for 4 months. Israfilov was charged under Article 234.1-1 of the Criminal Code (possession and distribution of drugs).
\nHe categorically denies the accusation and links the arrest to his public activities, which was expressed in the protection of the rights of employees of the courier service.
