According to lawyer Zibeida Sadigova, Guliyev denies the charge against him. He stated that he was not involved in drug trafficking, and the drugs were planted on him after his arrest. The complaint was not satisfied.
\nGuliyev was detained on December 4, and on the 6th he was detained for 4 months for a large-scale drug trafficking. According to human rights activists, the real reason for Guliyev’s arrest was his interview with \u201cAbzas Media,\u201d in which he stated that the police use undocumented drugs to falsify criminal cases. Guliyev was introduced in the interview as a former police officer. In the past, he was an unofficial assistant to a police investigator.
\nGuliyev was detained on December 4, and on December 6 the court arrested him for 4 months on charges of large-scale drug trafficking.
