His lawyer Bahruz Bayramov said that the court session was held without notifying the defense and representatives of the channel.  It was not possible to obtain confirmation of such a decision in the Sabail court.<br \/>\nHowever, the problem is that \u201cKanal 13\u201d does not have its own website and all videos are posted directly on YouTube.  Blocking access to this channel means blocking access to YouTube altogether. 12 days after the court&#8217;s decision, access to the video &#8220;Kanal 13&#8221; remains free.<br \/>\nAziz Orujev was arrested on November 27 on charges of &#8220;illegal construction.&#8221; A few days later, a new case was opened against him under the Article 206.3.2 of the Criminal Code \u2013 smuggling by a group of persons.
