The lawyers pointed out the lack of material and procedural grounds for the detention of journalists. However,  the judge Sulhana Hajiyeva left all three under arrest.<br \/>\nAfter the trial, the lawyers also pointed out that the convoy violated the confidentiality of communication between the arrested journalists and their defenders.<br \/>\nThe journalists were arrested on charges of smuggling foreign currency. The talk is about allegations of &#8220;illegal&#8221; receipt of money from foreign donors. The journalists deny the accusations.
