Hasanov has been placed under house arrest, and the court has rejected an appeal against this decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cHafiz Hasanov was detained on March 14. He was interrogated until the evening of that day, after which he was released, but on March 17 he was again summoned to the Investigative Department of the Prosecutor General\u2019s Office and this time he was found guilty. He is charged with \u201cofficial forgery,\u201d \u201cabuse of office,\u201d and \u201clegalization of illegally obtained funds.\u201d On the same day, the court chose a preventive measure for him. He appealed this decision, but on March 19, the appellate court upheld the decision,\u201d the source said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to him, Hasanov is charged with processing grants received by LD Konsaltinq LLC, which he heads, from donor organizations under service agreements. \u201cIn fact, there is no crime in this. The projects implemented by Gasanov were legal services. Khafiz Gasanov is a professional lawyer, a member of the Bar Association.
