Tomorrow, 02 June, a preliminary hearing will be held on the lawsuit of "Nota" Newspaper Editor-in-chief Sardar Alibayli against the Press Council. The Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety was told this by Sardar Alibeyli.

“A little while ago we appealed to court regarding the Press Council’s inclusion “Nota” Newspaper’s name on the list of the racketeering newspapers,” said S.Alibeyli. “In the lawsuit we demand that this decision be considered unfounded. The hearing on the lawsuit will take place at 11:00 a.m. tomorrow under the chairmanship of Judge Mirheydar Seyidov.”
We filed the lawsuit against the Press Council and the Council’s Chairman Aflatun Amashov, added S.Alibeyli.
