Yesterday, 10 March, in the Narimanov District Court, under the chairmanship of Judge Sevinj Aliyeva, a hearing took place on the lawsuit of the head of the Center for Assistance to Free Economy Zohrab Ismayil against Education Minister Misir Mardanov for not responding to an information inquiry. Z.Ismayil said that the information inquiry was responded, but it did not satisfy him. Therefore, he appealed to court.
The representative of the Education Ministry said that the information inquiry can be fully responded only after it is fully substantiated. He noted that the questions are of inspection nature and only the Ministry of Finance is allowed to conduct an inspection in connection with these questions.
