  Imprisoned journalist Khadija Ismayil was moved to Prison #4 on November 27, her family has reported.   Khadija Ismayil was transferred from Baku Detention Facility to the prison in accordance with legislation.   The Baku Court of Appeal upheld the guilty verdict of the first instance court on November 25.
