Investigative journalist Hafiz Babaly was detained today in Azerbaijan after the police searched his apartment.
“Reporters Without Borders condemn this hunt for independent media, which has been going on for the last 3 weeks, and calls for the release of all detained journalists,” the organization’s account on Twitter says.
