Newspaper Director Alasger Suleymanov told the Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety (IRFS) that the online radio will operate for four months within the framework of the “Coverage of conflicts in Mass Media” project financed by the Support Fund to Mass Media under the President.
“The purpose of the project is to deliver the original realities of Garabag issues and conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan in Azerbaijani and several foreign languages to the world,” said Suleymanov. “The radio is currently being tested. It will begin to fully operate in the near future. At present voice recording is being carried out. The online radio will continue its operation on the newspaper’s account after the project ends.
Yeni Musavat newspaper has been published since 1992 and operates as daily newspaper and has a large circulation.
