On 3 March, at 12:00pm, ‘Doctrine’ Journalistic Military Investigations Center will hold a press conference at the IRFS press center on “Statistics of human casualties in Azerbaijan’s security and defense sector: problems and solutions.” The event will present the number of casualties in the Azerbaijan Armed Forces for 2010 and 2011. Additionally, the event will discuss the reasons for the raise in casualties in the security and defense sphere.
