On December 1st, at 11:30 am, Institute for Reporters` Freedom and Safety will hold a press conference at the Azerbaijan Media Center to speak about the refusal of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies to provide a 3-digit hotline number, and the ongoing appeal to court.
Journalists, human rights defenders, and diplomatic corps representatives are invited to attend the event.
