On 3 May, the World Press Freedom Day, at 11:00 a.m., the grave of slain Editor-in-chief of Monitor Journal Elmar Huseynov will be visited.
From noon to 2:00 p.m., in the press centre of the Institute for
Reporters’ Freedom and Safety (IRFS), a roundtable will be held on the
theme “Is there need for state regulation on the internet?”

During the event organized by IRFS and the Media Rights Institute, a
discussion will be held regarding the recent statements of state
organs on the licensing of Internet TV and taking control over social
networks.
