DOCUMENTARY FILM COMPETITION ANNOUNCED

Today, the French Institute in Azerbaijan (FIA) held an event in the IRFS press center to announce the launch of short documentary film competition titled “Our Baku: Living in Changing City”.

FIA coordinator Khadija Hajili informed the attendees about the goals of the documentary competition.
“Both professional and amateur films can compete. There is no quality requirement. The main goals concern the topic and the context. Only one of the films will be awarded with the chief prize. Besides, there will be encouraging prizes as well for the second and third winners. The chief prize includes an order for a short advertisement film about the various activities of the French Institute and 1000 AZN,” Hajili noted an added that the deadlines for the submission of films is 30 November, 6 pm.
