Today (4 September) in the Yasamal District Court, under the chairmanship of Judge Khagani Tagiyev, a preliminary hearing took place on the lawsuit of “Mukhalifat” Newspaper employee Yashar Agazade against “Azercell Telekom” LTD.
The lawsuit stems from lack of reply to an information inquiry Agazade sent to “Azercell Telekom” ltd. President Halim Atesh.
The next hearing is scheduled to take place on 15 September at 5:15p.m.
