During a hearing that was held in the Sabail district Court, under the chairmanship of Judge Elnur Hesenov, a decision was issued on the lawsuit of the Law Enlightenment Society against plenipotentiary representative of Azerbaijan under the Human Rights Court Chingiz Asgerov. LES representative Nurlana Aliyeva told the Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety (IRFS) that the decision was issued without their participation on 9 November and the lawsuit of LES against Chingiz Asgerov was not fulfilled.
The Law Enlightenment Society filed a lawsuit against Chingiz Asgarov due to his failure to respond to the information inquiry. The lawsuit was filed to consider the failure to respond to the information inquiry unfounded.
