Today the Baku Appeals Court heard the appeal filed by the Justice Ministry to register TV and Alternative Media Development Center Public Union.
The founders of the Center Rasul Jafarov and Ahmad Heybatov filed a lawsuit against the Ministry of Justice for refusal to register the organizations five times. The founders were appealing because the lawsuit was sent back without consideration by the Yasamal District Court.
The Judge fulfilled the appeal.
