Ministry of Justice once again refused to register the Television and Alternative Media Development Center Public Union.
Public Union chairman Rasul Jafarov stated that the registration documents were sent back yesterday. According to him, this is the Ministry’s fifth refusal to register the Union, and every time they cited unreasonable mistakes in the registration documents. According to the legislation, all claimed mistakes should have been addressed, in the first consideration of the documents.
Jafarov said that he will be appealing to the court on this issue. A relevant lawsuit has been prepared for submission to Yasamal District Court.
