Parliamentarian Azay Guliyev told “APA” that, Presidential Pardon Commission is reviewing the received appeals.
“Prisoners, who don’t appeal, will not be pardon. The reviewing process has not finished yet and the experts are working on the appeals. I have no idea, whose names will be added to the pardon list in next meetings. Prisoners who repented for their behaviors will have chances for pardon”.
