Yesterday, Rena Zahidova visited her husband, imprisoned “Azadlig” Newspaper journalist/satiric Sakit Zahidov, in the Justice Ministry’s Chief Medical Treatment Facility.
Zahidova told the Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety, “Sakit is recieving treatment in the neurology department. He mainly is suffering from heart and leg pain.” Noting that her husband has lost a lot of weight, Zahidova said that her husband needs a concrete period of treatment.
