As of today, 12 December, “Uch Nogta” Newspaper has restored its operation.
The Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety was told this by the newspaper’s assistant chief editor Elmaddin Muradov. “Me and the employees of ‘Uch Nogta’ newspaper brought computers and other equipment from home to continue our work,” said Muradov. “Tomorrow ‘Uch Nogta’ Newspaper will begin to be published.”
On 10 December, “Uch Nogta” Newspaper’s editorial office was robbed. Five monitors and one printer were stolen as a result of the burglary. The Yasamal District Police Department began into the incident.
