The Baku Court of Appeal has rejected the complaint of activist Ali Zeynal, who was arrested in the Toplum TV case and who demanded an investigation into violence by security forces.
Zeynal faced violence in the police after his arrest in March 2024, lawyer Fariz Namazli told the “Caucasian Knot” correspondent.
