The efforts of the police to stop the protest, gave a temporary result. After blocking dozens of participants for some time, the police still allowed them to continue moving and complete the rally.
Chanting – “No to mafia power!”, “No to violence!” the activists continued to move and went out to the building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, they read out the resolution of the action.
“If such crimes are not put an end to, political assassinations will resume in the country. We demand that the authorities put an end to the violence, investigate and bring to justice those responsible for the attacks on journalists and social activists,” the resolution says.
