Aliyev was detained on December 23, and the next day the court sentenced him to 25 days of arrest under articles 510 (disorderly conduct) and 535.1 (disobeying the police) the Code of Administrative Misconduct. In the appeal, the defense indicated that Aliyev did not commit the offenses imputed to him, and during his detention he was subjected to physical pressure.However, the court rejected the complaint, lawyer Neymat Kerimli told Turan.
According to him, he also filed a complaint with the prosecutor’s office in connection with the violence against him during his detention.However, so far he has not been taken to testify about this. At the same time, according to the lawyer, Aliyev has no complaints about the treatment at the Administrative Detention Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
