Azerbaijan National TV and Radio Council Chairman Nushiravan Maharramli expressed his opinion on the plan regarding the broadcasting of “Mir” Interstate TV and Radio Company within Commonwealth of Independent Countries, which was adopted during the summit conducted by the CIC country leaders on 14 November.
Mahharamli told APA that “Mir” and “Turk Music Birliyi” will be broadcast via cable network only in Azerbaijan. “Broadcasting foreign channels via national frequencies is banned,” said Maharramli.
