Functioning as an effective advocacy and resource tool, the website will help create favorable conditions for concerted actions and programs to intensify advocacy work for freedom of expression in Azerbaijan.
RFS Chair, Emin Huseynov will honor the occasion with a short address on Freedom of Information and the Internet.
