On 4 December, at noon, in the press center of the Institute for Reporters` Freedom and Safety (IRFS), initial conclusions of the monitoring of television channels regarding municipal elections within the framework of “Free Airwaves” project will be unveiled.
Journalists, NGOs specialized in the election sector, diplomatic corps representatives and interested people are invited to the event.
