ANS Group of Companies leaders released a statement on implemented tax inspections, chief adviser on public relations Mais Mammadov told IRFS today.
Mais Mammadov stated the implementation of tax inspections is one of the tax Ministry’s main functions:
“We offered all necessary facilities for tax inspecting in ANS Company Groups. Everything is going on practically and with mutual understanding. In this case, the public statements of the Tax Ministry press service may harm the company image and business. ANS Company Groups is the largest taxpayer in media field,” said Mammadov.
BACKGROUND
As from November 13, the Tax Ministry Tax Audit Department launched mobile tax inspection covering the period from October 2007 to September 2010 in ANS Kommers and ANS Press, and the period from November 2007 to October 2010 in ANS TV, Samadov said and added that the reason for the inspection is the contradiction among the tax declarations submitted by the ANS Group of Companies, as well as the problems in tax audit.
