Supreme Court Judge Muzaffar Agazade will consider the cassation complaint filed against the lower courts decision
to imprison Editor-in-chief of “Gundalik Azerbaijan” and “Realniy Azerbaijan” newspapers Eynulla Fatullayev for 8.5 years. Fatullayev’s defense lawyer Isakhan Ashurov told this to the Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety. He said that the date for the hearing is not known yet.
