A cassation complaint against the 31 October court decision to imprison "Gundelik Azerbaijan" and "Realny Azerbaijan" Editor-in-chief Eynulla Fatullayev for 8.5 years has been filed today.
The journalist's lawyer Isakhan Ashurov reported this to the Institute for Reporters' Freedom and Safety.
