The CATEL telephone service, used by the Institute for Reporters` Freedom and Safety (IRFS) was non-operational between March 31 and April 2, and the mobile telephone service of remains down.
Today CATEL operator Fonex Company told IRFS that the problem was due to a technical hitch, which affected all CATEL users.
