“Day.az” news website, citing “Cenub TV” information bulletin, reports that Masalli Region Electricity Distribution Network chairman Allahverdi Ismayilov beat a member of the channel’s staff and insulted him.
Sequences reflecting this incident have already been broadcasted in “Cenub TV.”
It is also noted that, on January 12 resident of the village Damirchi and Badalan of Masalla region appealed to “Cenub TV” due to problems with electricity supply. After shooting some footage in the village, staff members from the TV channel went to the electricity supply network. The electricity supply network chairman would not allow the TV crew to film, but “Cenub TV’s” operator tried to shoot secretly. Upon realizing this, Allahverdiyev insulted the operator and beat one of the channel’s employee’s with a chair. It is believed that Allahverdi Ismayilov was drunk.
