“GUNDALIK BAKU” NEWSPAPER EMPLOYEE REMOVED FROM OPEN COURT HEARING

. “Gundalik Baku” Newspaper correspondent Ulvin Mahammad was removed from the Narimanov District Court hall by a judge while he was preparing report during an open hearing on Azerbaijan Teachers Institute under the chairmanship of Judge Sevinj Aliyeva.

“Gundalik Baku” Newspaper Editor-in-Chief Adil Huseynli told this to the Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety.

“After our correspondent entered the court hall and sat down, the judge asked him who he was. After Ulvin introduced himself, the judge demanded that he leave the court hall. When our correspondent asked, ‘Why should I leave the court hall?’ the judge answered, ‘You have to register in advance to participate in the hearing.’
