Parliamentarian Bakhtiyar Aliyev is suing Baku City Head Police Department, Baku City Road Police Department and AZTV.
According to monitorinq.az site, tomorrow (27 August) in the Yasamal District Court under the chairmanship of Judge Elchin Gurbanov a preliminary hearing will be conducted on the lawsuit. Further information about the content of the lawsuit will be available tomorrow.
