Internews Azerbaijan launches online radio station

Internews Azerbaijan Public Association has launched its new project, RadioForum internet radio station. The project is funded bySwedish International Development Cooperation Agency, chief editor of the radio Alya Yagublu told the Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety (IRFS). “Our radio produces programs on the topics of civil society, freedom of expression and human rights. The first program, where the guests were journalist Khadija Ismayil and human rights defender Intigam Aliyev, have already been prepared and placed on the internet” said Yagublu, adding that the radio temporarily functions on the website of internet newspaperpressforum.az, but will later move to its own website.
