According to the report, he was detained on May 22nd by officers from Nasimi District Police Office, and then taken to Nasimi District Court, where he was sentenced to 10 days detention for resisting police (Article 306 of the criminal code). No information regarding his trial has been provided.
When he was arrested, he was wearing Sing for Democracy campaign tee-shirt and was carrying pamphlets about the local NIDA youth movement. No information regarding his location has been made public.
