Last week, the Sabayel District Court sent back the complaint filed by journalist Yafas Hasanov against the Interior Ministry, Hasanov told IRFS.
According to Hasanov, the response letter sent by the court advises the journalist to send the appeal to the administrative court on the grounds that the case was related to a governmental body.
BACKGROUND
In October, 2010, Yafas Hasanov appealed to the Interior Minsitry citing his being subjected to harrassment and persecution in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, where he is settled. As the Ministry did not reply to his appeal, Hasanov went to the Sabayel District Court, which sent his appeal back.
