The reasons for access being restricted to www.contact.az, a website of Turan news agency, on 2 April, are still unknown, agency director Shahin Hajiyev told IRFS today.
Hajiyev stated that the website’s limited operation was restored a few hours after the rally was over on April 2, 2011.
