Today, 8 April, in the Sabail District Court, under the chairmanship of judge Famil Nasibov, a preliminary hearing was held on the lawsuit of citizen Ilahe Ilyasova against real estate agent Malik Mammadov.
Plaintiff I.Ilyasova participated in the preliminary hearing. However, there was no representation in the hearing on behalf of the defendant.
The judge listened to the plaintiff and scheduled the next hearing for 20 April, at noon.
I.Ilyasova gave 42 thousand USD to M.Mammadov to build a house. However, Mammadov did not secure her wish and misappropriated the sum, as a result of which Ilyasova appealed to the court.
