Azerbaijan Euro-Integration National-Social Committee members Arzu Abdullayeva, Sabit Bagirov, Rashid Hajili and Yashar Zeynalov met with the Representative on European Union Human Rights Commission and Southern Caucasus Joseph Bussini in Brussels.
Arzu Abdullayeva told “Yeni Musavat” that the situation of imprisoned journalists and events in southern Caucasus have been the focus of the discussion. “We talked about the problems of imprisoned journalists during our meeting with Human Rights Commission Representative Rafael Fisher,” said Abdullayeva. “We also reminded of the imprisonment of Novruzali Mammadov, the Editor-in-chief of ‘Talishi Sado’ Newspaper.”
