On 28 January, at 1:00 p.m., in the press center of the Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety, Baku city resident Seadet Gasimzade will conduct a press conference regarding her spouse Elshan Eyvazov’s slanderous arrest on 17 February 2009 and his subjection to tortures.
