On June 20th 2012 at 12:00pm Alakbar Mammadov, the director of the Azerbaijan Center for Democratic Civil Control of Armed Forces, will organize a press conference in the Press Center of the Institute for Reporters’ Freedom and Safety, to present evidences proving the innocence of the imprisoned police Major Rafael Mirzayev.
