“Bizim Yol” newspaper employee Ramid Ibrahimov went to court to sue Nasimi District Police Station #21 for its refusal to launch criminal case on the fact that he was beaten, Ibrahimov reported to the Institute for Reporter’s Freedom and Safety today.
“My complaint had been considered in Police Station #21 and chief investigator Yashar Isayev decided not to launch criminal case on the fact on January, 6, 2011. I consider that a wrong decision was made and it must be abolished and also Isayev must be punished,” said the journalist.
