Although it was reported on the website of Radio Liberty that technical problems were the reason for this problem, there was no information about the time when this problem would be solved. The Institute for Reporters` Freedom and Safety (IRFS) addressed information inquiries to the authorities of Turksat satellite and Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs to investigate this problem, the inquiries were not responded to.
